Attaining Greater Success Through “Agile Learning”

Agile learning is a capacity-building methodology that has been developed in a BMBF research project called "Brofessio." After detailed analysis of the working processes in various industries, core processes have been identified. From this understanding of the processes an agile learning methodology has been developed to improve learner abilities to reach development goals successfully. Agile refers to a new and efficient form of adult learning which involves the coaching of communities of practice (CoP) and media support.
